All the work is completed by fully qualified time served trades men. All operatives undergo a company induction to include a CRB check, asbestos awareness, face fit, manual handling, working at heights and CSCS training. Along with matching qualifications to the job in hand such as NVQ’s, ACS gas qualifications, abrasive wheels, Cartridge guns, non-licensed asbestos works, Pasma.
Efficiency
On all projects a site Forman is placed in charge of overseeing the day to day operations of the site. This is closely monitored by the project supervisor/s and managers. We work closely with the client to tailor all working practices to best suit their individual needs. We operate an open-door policy with clients and employees across the board, to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to liaise

Having been accredited with Chas, Constructions line, Gas Safe, MCS, NAPIT and Watermark all of which require a system and process-based approach, we ensure that all on site work is carried out to meet the stringent requirements of the various schemes.
