British Builders replaced a 120 m² commercial flat roof and a 56-metre timber canopy, resolving leaks and decay while preserving the original look. The roof received a torch-applied SBS bitumen system (K5K cap sheet with mineral finish), a self-adhesive SBS underlayer with DUO laps, and foil-faced PIR insulation. The canopy was rebuilt, painted and made signage-ready. Post-inspection confirmed weathertightness and secure installation.
