Most of the rear wall of the existing house was removed to create a large kitchen and seating area. Hand made kitchen with LED lighting, Corian worktops and Parapan kitchen doors produce the final effect. All brought in on time and on budget.

This is a brand new house built on a tricky hillside site, overlooking the river valley, in Bude. We were involve right from the beginning including giving advice on the purchase of the site. The architechs "Carol design" had a brief to build a super efficient house using readily available materials to a strict budget. The initial site preparation included the building of a 95 metre retaining wall to make it possible to level the site. The house is super insulated and takes advantage of solar gain and Tessla power storage. In the first 12 months of its life the house managed to be 96% off grid with its energy usage.

This is the second of 2 new, custom designed veterinary clinics built for Penbode Veterinary Group. Having built one surgery in Camelford for Penbode we were very pleased to be asked to build the second. This building is one of the biggest and most modern veterinary facilities in the south west incorperating more than 800m2 of working space. The building specification includes the highest insulation levels, full climate control, with fresh air heat exchange. super fast data to all areas of the building. There are 2 operating theatres with filtered air and a Xray room built to current safety specification. Premisses protected by full remote security. This project was brought in on time and under budget.

This Project was designed by The Bazeley Partnership, for the conversion of an older bungalow, in a great position, into a house. Adding a 2 balconied living room with staircase, and bedroom ensuite. This total transformation added great value to the property and fulfilled the full potential of the site. The conversion included all new heating and plumbing and a full rewire. Completed on time and on budget.

We were asked to add a 1000 square foot second floor to half of an occupied bungalow. We were creating 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, whilst completely refurbishing downstairs, including plastering throughout. We built the entire first floor in our workshop and yard. This made it possible for us to take the roof off the existing building, lift the preconstructed new floor into place, and construct a new roof in under a week, making it completely watertight in a short weather window. This job was brought in on time and on budget.
