The company employs a full time multi-skilled team of operatives including Gas Safe qualified engineers and Fully qualified Electricians. The permanent workforce is supplemented as work dictates by a long established database of sub-contractors.
Our client base consists of four main sectors; Insurance, Local Authority, Commercial and Private.
Insurance works cover all perils such as fire, flood, subsidence and impact damage, together with trace and access works, boarding up and making safe, and temporary scaffolds.
Local Authority works include large scale contracts for the Decent homes scheme, local schools and property conversions.
Commercial works include working for property managers, chartered surveyors, and businesses encompassing maintenance and repair works, general building and decorating works.
Private works range from maintenance and decoration works, through kitchen/bathroom/internal and external refurbishments, to extensions, loft conversions and new build.
