Transformation of a 5-bedroom Victorian property into a high-spec modern family home, retaining its period character. Works included a rear extension, loft conversion, and full internal and external renovation. The extension expanded the kitchen and dining space; the loft conversion added a bedroom with en-suite. The property was fully rewired and replumbed, with underfloor heating throughout. An air source heat pump was installed for efficient, sustainable heating.
