C2 Design & Build are a locally based company in Bishops Stortford covering all aspects of the building industry including but not limited to home extensions, renovations, new builds and all works relating to improving your home or business.
Having been in the industry for many years we are able to take care of your project from concept to completion. Our Architectural Design service offers all the expertise, insight and creativity you need for your project - ranging from home extensions and loft conversions, to shop fit outs and small-scale commercial projects.
Our team can arrange design, planning, building regs, architectural and structural drawings, quotations, samples, all relevant paperwork required, schedule of works and project manage your job from start to finish.
Using the latest HBXL software you will be informed of exactly where your money is being spent with regular reports and information on a fortnightly basis. All jobs are allocated a project manager and where required signed off by the local authorities.
We are also registered with many different accreditations including Federation of Master Builders, Trustmark, NIC EIC and IKBBI
