This project was inspected on behalf of FMB on 05/12/2025 and the photos have been taken from the report.

The project consisted of complete refurbishment of a 3 bed 2 storey property, The wall between the kitchen and lounge has been removed with a steel support put in place giving the homeowner a larger kitchen. New laminate flooring has been laid on the ground floor with the stairs and first floor being laid to carpet. New kitchen and a new bathroom suite and en-suite shower room have been installed. The property has been fully decorated and new windows and doors installed. Outside a patio area has been raised. New timber fencing around the whole property have been erected.

Full renovation of a detached property including new flooring, plastering, lighting and decoration throughout. A new shaker-style kitchen with quartz worktops and patio doors was installed. Bathrooms were upgraded with modern fixtures and tiling. Bedrooms were refreshed with new finishes and feature walls. The staircase, hallway and doors were replaced for a brighter flow. External works included new patio, fencing and landscaping, completing a modern, high-quality family home.
