We had some appalling building work started by a local builder who we ended up sacking. We called 4 builders, all local. Three of these were going to make it read right which wasn’t the answer. Adam met at our property with the lady from building control. He assessed the work which had been done and poorly executed. He advised on a rectification plan. He went ahead and resolved all the water leaks as promised. He then went on to demolish the work which had already been undertaken and rebuilt and made safe We were so impressed with their work they have been working on and off with us for 3 years turning our nightmare into a beautiful home. Adam and Steve’s attention to detail is second to none. Throughout the whole process they have worked with us to minimise disruption. They have been more than considerate. Always helpful with many tasks which a lot of builders would have walked away from. We would highly recommend them.
