Wraparound Single Story Extension

The work involved a single story side and rear extension. within the new extension it incorporated a new Kitchen, Utilityroom, family area, Bedroom and new bathroom.

Garage Conversion & Rear Extension

This work involved the conversion of a garage into a bedroom, a wet floor shower room, and a rear extension. Incorporated in the new extension was two sets of bifolding doors and a large volted ceiling.

1st Floor Extension Over Existing Garage

The work involved the construction of a 1st floor extension over the existing garage.
The work also incorporated extending the garage walls to the existing house and a new roof to match the existing.

House Extension

The removal of an existing Conservatory and the construction of a rear Extension with a new Kitchen.

Very happy we chose Adam of CC Building and Maintenance to build our extension over the garage. Care and attention to detail was taken throughout the build and any queries raised were soon dealt with. Adam is very good at problem solving. The site was always tidy. Particularly pleased with the York stonework and how it matches our existing house. Very satisfied with the final result and happy to recommend his work to neighbours, friends and family.
