We contracted Adam Wood’s company, CC Build, to manage and build a large wraparound extension to the side and rear of our property between July 2017-Nov 2017, and I couldn’t have been happier with our choice of contractor. Adam and his team were courteous and considerate at all times and easy to get along with, a crucial factor for us at what could have been a potentially stressful time. The quality of their work was top notch and I was really impressed by the flexibility of their approach and the guidance they gave us in our first undertaking of this kind. CC Build reached all the milestones in the development on time and on budget and Adam managed the comings and going of all the different contractors really well. Very happy we chose Adam of CC Building and Maintenance to build our extension over the garage. Care and attention to detail was taken throughout the build and any queries raised were soon dealt with. Adam is very good at problem solving. The site was always tidy. Particularly pleased with the York stonework and how it matches our existing house. Very satisfied with the final result and happy to recommend his work to neighbours, friends and family.
