For this project, we delivered a full downstairs remodel, removing the existing kitchen and opening the space into a new rear single‑story extension. This transformation created a luxurious, spacious layout incorporating a modern kitchen, dedicated office, and practical utility room.

To maximise space efficiency, we installed pocket doors, allowing the new layout to function seamlessly without any door‑swing restrictions. Wet underfloor heating was fitted throughout the entire ground floor to provide consistent warmth and year‑round comfort.

We completed the project with high‑quality LVT flooring, new skirting, and a full repaint throughout the downstairs, bringing the whole space together with a clean, contemporary finish.

This is a stunning single story extension with alterations and a remodel to the downstairs. Creating a large and longer hall way leading into a bigger kitchen area, office, dinning room and lounge. The lounge is filled with natural light benefiting from the four electric Velux windows and large aluminium bi folding doors that showcase the stunning solid oak flooring through out the downstairs.

This project involved removing the existing conservatory and constructing a new single‑storey extension measuring 14m by 3m. After demolition, new foundations were laid to support the expanded living space. The internal layout was reconfigured by removing the dividing wall between the dining room and kitchen, creating a seamless open‑plan area flowing into the new extension. A snug was added within the extension as a comfortable space for the children. We also designed the new kitchen to maximise functionality and complement the open‑plan layout. Structural steelwork was installed to support the open space and meet building regulations. New flooring was fitted throughout, and a 5‑metre aluminium sliding door was installed to maximise natural light and provide clear views of the garden, giving the extension a bright, modern feel.

This was a two bedroom house that has now been converted into a modern and spacious four bedroom home over looking the beautiful views of Llangollen
