This is a period property extension that we built on the existing building.
Our brief was to provide this beautiful period home with an additional reception room, bedroom and dressing room, a build which would match the property perfectly by sourcing reclaimed bricks, stone sills, providing bespoke hardwood sash windows and doors.
We provided bespoke wood panelling internally to match the existing interior, we installed a wood burning stove, and were responsible for all internal and external brick work, footings, plastering, flooring and painting.

Recently completed kitchen refurbishment for a new client.
Change It did a fantastic job on our garage conversion. Jimmy and JJ were friendly, knowledgeable, clean and tidy. Perfect professionals who I'd be happy to recommend. They worked quickly and efficiently, keeping me in the loop when necessary and getting on with things that needed to be done.
Roberto and Karl, although I saw less of them, were equally excellent. The finished room looks brilliant and is exactly what we asked for. I can certainly see why their work is worthy of the Federation of Master Builders accreditation.
