With good height in the roof and the layout of the property as it is, means that the loft conversion could be built using VELUX windows, creating natural light and ventilation, without having a Dormer conversion.

The expertly built loft conversion has added two double bedrooms with an ensuite to the master bedroom, complete with shower, vanity unit and toilet.

The newly built loft space is accessible using the bespoke crafted 12 riser straight staircase hand made by our expert carpenters.

This Warwickshire loft conversion preserved the existing roof shape, focusing on optimising the interior space with structural flooring and the addition of manual VELUX windows fitted with VELUX blinds to control light and privacy.

To provide convenient and stylish access to the newly created loft space, we seamlessly integrated a bespoke double winding staircase, crafted to maximise space.

Although the client wanted a dance studio for their daughter, as it is a fully signed off habitable room*, it can also be used as any habitable room, eg bedroom, office, gym.

This loft conversion in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham gave the client a fabulous new home cinema room and a light airy new home office. We constructed a bespoke staircase and matched the existing continuous handrail for a seamless, uninterrupted look from the original landing area up to the new loft room.

Using VELUX combination windows and cabrio windows maximise the view and let in loads of light as well as the standard VELUX roof windows. These all had motorised blackout blinds for the ultimate cinema experience.

The area was open plan with central staircase and mini refreshment area.
