Securing those permissions is a fundamental part of our design and build service. It is something we assume to be our responsibility.

kitchen Refurbishments and Alteration.

My client hired us to carry out refurbishment and alteration works to there kitchen.
We prepared full working plans and sent them to building control for approval.
Once we got the ok we removed the chimney breast, electrics, plumbing, windows and made a large opening in walls for the French doors and new windows.
My clients will save on energy lost due to the fact we fitted insulation to the new walls and floor, plus the new double glazing windows/doors were fitted with Low E Glass which has a hidden layer which considerably reduces the loss of heat and mirrors interior heat back into your home.
New plumbing and electrics were installed ready for the kitchen company to install the new kitchen.

They constructed a large outside dwelling in the back garden.
