Darren Crain, the owner of Chewton Bespoke Homes Ltd, was awarded most Heavenly Builder at the FMB Southern Counties Master Builder Awards 2017 and also the 2019 'New Home' award. 
 
Heavenly Builder is an award that focuses on professionalism, courtesy and exceptional customer service, all of which Darren has in abundance. He was praised for his exceptional attitude towards his clients neighbours. Among other things, he enforced a ‘no music rule’ to ensure minimal disturbance to the local community. He also worked through appalling weather, often working well into the night and upholding the highest safety standards all the while maintaining a great relationship with his client who said the only thing Darren was missing was ‘’a pair of wings’’.

Darren’s career started as an Architectural Designer and has naturally progressed into Project Management and Construction so he could ensure quality and consistency throughout every stage of the design and construction process.
