Josh is a great person to have working in your home. He communicates well, is extremely reliable, a wonderful craftsperson and even cleans up properly at the end of each day! He transformed our outdated downstairs shower room into a fabulous, luxurious showpiece wet room and took care of everything, from the original visit to give us a quotation, to his final handover. As with all projects, we came across some unexpected things (e.g. the toilet was faulty) as the work progressed but nothing fazed him; he clearly explained our options and made recommendations based on his experience. We have since had Josh back to do other work in our home, and he will always be our first choice. Thanks Josh, a job really well done.
