This project included a knock through to create a bigger open plan area in the rear of the house creating a more free flowing kitchen, dining and entertaining space, implementing VELUX windows to allow more natural light into the home. We also added a downstairs toilet, utility and snug to this property. One of our favourite additions to the home is the smart home features allowing all lights are controlled by Alexa and it is integrated into the ceiling speakers.
