This flat is located in Lancaster Grove, Belsize Park. The project involved replacing sash windows, stripping out the entire flat, providing proper sound insulation for the ceilings and floors, installing a new kitchen and two bathrooms, fitting new LVT flooring and doors, as well as carrying out full rewiring, replumbing, and completing the work with high-end decoration.

This is another successful project that we completed in 2021. This unique side extension replaces an old conservatory. By removing the bearing side wall we created an open plan with a new modern kitchen and a nice view of the beautiful garden. The new bathroom/utility was created replacing an old kitchen. A new custom made cupboard was built around the utility area. The clients were living in during the project.
