This was a complete lower floor renovation In this property, all new flooring throughout, a wall taken down to make a big open space for a kitchen/dinning room for better family living. new windows and a patio door installed to lead out into the rear garden.

We have been extremely proud to have been asked to build this show stopper of a house! its a five bedroom all with en-suites, all internal walls are 6 inches thick for extra sound proofing and insulation, all the stone work on this property is laid with lime and pointed with lime as well. 

This was a great project to be asked to build, it was the removal of an old leaking conservatory and replaced with a single story extension and extension to make the bathroom bigger. we also installed an air source system to run the new plumbing system including underfloor heating to the extension and bathroom.

This kitchen renovation was a great project to be involved in, the room had high ceilings which the customer didn't like, we lowered the ceiling insulated it to make the room warmer as well, we also dropped the ceiling where the wall cupboards were and installed an LED light track to give the kitchen a nice feel esp when the customer didn't want the main lights on.
