"Leli did a really good job repairing, plastering, wallpapering, and painting 4 alcoves, where water had seeped down from a leak in the roof. It's a small flat and furniture had to be moved around each time he started work. He was hard working, a pleasure to have around, and a real perfectionist. "We used Cota Construction Ltd throughout 2021 and part of 2022 for a massive overhaul of a house we had acquired. The work included knocking trough a new door to the outside, bricking up the existing door, removal of internal walls, installation of two new bathrooms, stripping out old lead pipework and replacing with copper, insulating and boarding of loft space, various brickwork, plastering, tiling, boxing of exposed pipes, the list of jobs was practically endless. Leli displays meticulous attention to detail and scrupulously cleans up even the slightest mess. He has a pleasant manner, is completely trustworthy, points out any additional work that needs to be done, and invoices only what has been quoted. Wholly recommended."

Leli has completed several major jobs for us, he has done our wooden flooring in whole house, moved sockets and did the en-suite. On all occasions he was on time, always available prior the project to discuss the materials etc He was patient and always made sure that we are 100% happy with the quality of his job. He is knowledgable, respectful and really does go above and beyond. I would recommend him.
