CPS have completed a number of projects on our house to a very high standard and this project was no exception. They are always professional with exceptional attention to detail and are respectful whilst working in your home. They are also very friendly and reliable and I would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them.

From start to finish we have had open honest and accurate communication, a prompt quote was given and a schedule of works provided. This company did not deviate by its schedule by a single day or fluctuate on its costings. That is incredibly rare. We are absolutely over the moon with the quality of work, the on-site tradesmen where polite, extremely competent, knowledgeable and quick to offer help. The costings where good for the project and bath/kitchen remodel was finished in just under a month. We have managed a property business for over 30 years and Its hard to find a building company that can be truly relied upon. We will certainly be staying with this company for all our future projects.

Over an 8 month period Trevor, Aaron, Mel and the team at County Property Services did a fantastic job in delivering a two-storey extension to our property. From the beginning of the process Trevor and the team worked alongside us in the delivery of this project. This included working with the Architect and Structural Engineers during the concept stages to better understand the intricacies of the project, but to also add their own input into the design stages. We found this to be a fantastic help which, in the early stages, was done mostly at evenings and weekends. Trevor and Aaron were happy to attend, these meetings and it served us, and the project, very well. As build was due to commence, Trevor and Mel produced a full schedule of works, itemised and clear to understand. A complete contract was presented to approve/comment on, along with pricing. This was essential and supported our budgeting. Amends were then handled on an adhoc basis as design and level of fixtures and fittings were agreed. Costs were adjusted, agreed and entered via contract revisions. All very professional and with a high attention to detail. As the build began, Trevor and team would arrive around 7:30am each morning and work onsite until at least 17:00pm each day (including Fridays). A fact that was noticed by our neighbours who were very impressed by this - as were we. Each day the team arrived in clean modern vans, were well presented, accommodated the access needs of our neighbours and were pleasant and happy to help. Each evening the team undertook a clean of areas they'd worked in. This was a great help as we were living in the property during the works and have a small child. Overall we couldn't have been happier with the process. This was the first time we have undertaken a project like this and would only go with County Property Services should we undertake a similar project in the future.

We employed CPS to undertake a remodel of our previous kitchen, utility and dining rooms. These were all knocked through into a single space, with the back door being removed and filled in, new patio doors put in place, new walls, ceilings (with lights) and fitted a new kitchen supplied by Wren. Plus they layed new flooring throughout the hallway, office, downstairs toilet and the new kitchen diner as well as putting a new suite in the downstairs loo. We then challenged CPS and their team to do this in two weeks whilst we went on honeymoon for a fortnight! On our return we can only say we were absolutely astounded by what they had managed to achieve - all the works had been carried out to an extremely high standard, and all done without the need to interrupt us whilst we were away. The house was also left lovely and clean in those rooms affected. We couldn''t be happier with the results and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend County Property Services to anyone that thinks of using them. Very highly rated.

We can''t praise the team enough. The quality of work and level of customer service really is second to none; excellent attention to detail and high standard of work, tidy, clean, courteous and knowledgeable. No job was too big or too small. We''re thrilled with the outcome and it was worth every penny. Will definitely be recommending to others and using the company again when work to other areas of the home is required. I cannot commend this company highly enough. I originally thought the price quoted was a bit on the high side, but on completion I am absolutely delighted with the finished result.. The standard of work was faultless and everything was left clean and shining as a new pin. I've always had clearing up to do after builders, but these guys were brilliant. This is a holiday home for me, so I was not on site during the work, but I was kept up to date on the progress, and it was all done without any fuss or hassle. It's been the most 'stress free' refit I've ever known! I've already asked them to quote for another job, and would recommend them to anyone. Well done guys!

We had County Property Services build an extension to the side of our bungalow - taking out the side wall between the new extension and our old kitchen. We then had all new electrics, plastering, plumbing and new kitchen installed. All works were carried out with complete professionalism. Our home was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. The team were always on time and a pleasure to have around. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have works done to their home.
