HomeOur client came to us with the idea of opening up his kitchen to allow more space for his young family, a chimney breast was formed where the hob would be situated.  A structural alteration was carried out for the door opening finished off with the flooring and kitchen installation 🔥

Our client came to us, and requested a structural alteration to create a more larger kitchen space. The existing conservatory was knocked down and rebuilt in modern brick to match the house. 

Internal renovation was carried out finished with a kitchen installation. 🏠 🧱 tools

Our client came to us with an idea of a double story extension, this included a new bathroom on the 1st floor and a kitchen extension on the ground floor. ⚒️🧱🏠

Along the way we utilised the space and created a downstairs w/c room, and added in a skylight to the kitchen extensions flat roof. 

A full stair transformation and doors were also updated. Door

Our client came to us wanting to convert their existing garage into a dog boarding Buisness area. 🐶 

Roller shutter door was removed and bricked up and openings for the window and doors were created, finished with a full interior refurbishment. Bricks

Full refurbishment carried out on this 1876 property located in Runcorn. 

All existing wall and floor coverings were removed and a full re insulation was carried out, stud walls were formed to change the layout making this older property more modern 🚿 

Full bathroom instillation including plumbing , plastering and electrics carried o it by ourselves finish with a vinyle click flooring 🔨 

A structural alteration was carried out to this property, to allow for a kitchen renovation and utility room. All works carried out by our team including:

This property consisted of a load bearing wall being removed and a steel beam inserted, allowing more space to create an open plan kitchen/dining area.

We also carried out a new roof on the existing extension complimenting it with a korniche sky lantern installation and finished with our popular rubber roofing system, this allowed more light into the area, along with a bifolding door and a clear glazed aluminium door installation to the side and rear of the property 🔥

External cladding, kitchen and flooring installation also carried out by our team. What a stunning transformation this property has had👌🏻🤩 ✨

This stunning property had a large renovation carried out on the windows and doors which were originally wood, including the frames. 

RSJ work and structural alterations were carried out to allow for 3 Bifolding doors on the 1st and 2nd floor. These were in replacement of windows and single doors.

 A Juliet balcony was installed on the 2nd floor of the property to ensure the views of the incredible scenery in the garden were captured along with opening the room up to the natural light. 🚪 🪴 🌳

This property consisted of not only a structural renovation but a garage conversion too. ✨
