Eric and his team were fantastic. The quality of the work done is really good and we're very pleased with it. Start to finish Eric was really good with communication, keeping us updated on the progress of the work when we were away, answering our (many) questions, and explaining more technical things to us. He was fair with pricing and we never felt like we were being overcharged. He also went the extra mile to solve one or two tricky problems that had cropped up. The whole team were also just a really nice group of guys - they were friendly and didn't seem to mind that we had several small children running around the house. The project finished almost a week EARLY - unheard of!
