All loose lime plaster removed back to brickwork and all paint removed on the stair wall 🧱

All walls prepped with Limelite easy bond primer to maintain the breathability through out ✅

Float and set in the cupboard using Limelite renovating plaster 🛠️

All walls plastered using Limelite high impact finishing plaster 🏠

Stairwell and cupboard painted using a breathable white paint 🎨

Repointed all mortar joints using a mortar gun to ensure all voids are fully filled🏠

Once dried 2 coats of Thompsons water seal was applied to the brickwork to help against any rain damage ☔️

Stud wall built creating a small storage/utility room for this customer

Wall built using CLS timber

Insulated with 100mm rock wool insulation

Both sides plaster-boarded and skimmed

Coving and skirting matching the existing fitted

Light moved into the centre of the room, switch’s/sockets moved and added by O Compton Electrical

All electrical chases repaired and patched

All left ready for the customer to paint
