Ellis has exceeded expectations in his apprenticeship through significant achievements and continuous progress. Ellis initially came to Cunard for work experience, to support his construction course. He quickly showcased his maturity, commitment, and understanding of the construction industry, prompting his responsibilities to expand. He progressed from administrative support to acting as a Commercial Assistant, a role where he contributes to both office and site-based tasks. Under the mentorship of an experienced Quantity Surveyor, Ben, Ellis now participates in site meetings, conducts site visits, and prepares client documentation, which demonstrates his readiness to take on advanced responsibilities uncommon for someone of his age and experience level.
