Build single storey extension to create a En-suite bedroom.

Built a 3 Bedroom house on a small private estate in Leasowe. The balcony on the back has views over Leasowe golf course and Liverpool bay.

Take of existing roof to bungalow and fir loft trusses to create an extra floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Disabled wet room extension, Bebington

Small downstairs disabled wetroom extension, built in 100mm thermal blockwork, external 70mm Kingspan K5 thermal board with K-rend finish.

Oldfield Gardens

Took down existing dividing wall between dining room and study and built flat roof extension to create new large kitchen / dining room. Built new Millboard decking area with steps and glass handrail.
