This is a detached house located in Eastcote, Hillingdon with a beautiful garden. Unfortunately, the house was completely destroyed inside due to flooding caused by a faulty main water pipe. Initially, the main task was to completely strip off complete all walls and floors to thoroughly dry the main structure of the building. Then, in cooperationwith the insurance company, we began renovating the entire houseaccording to the client's wishes and guidelines. Taking advantage of thefact that the house is undergoing a total renovation, the client decided tobuild an additional extension at the back of the house to enlarge thekitchen and dining room. The house futures of two spacious living room, open plan kitchen with dining room and TV room, cloakroom for the guest, Utility room, 4 bedrooms, office, 3 bathrooms and double garage.

Scope of work: Internal Layout changes and refurbishment work at first and second floor and roof replacement.

The property is a detached house and is located in Garden Suburb area. Themain goal of this project was to create a huge Master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a comfortable bathroom, and to create two bedrooms inthe second floor that have their own bathrooms. This required structuralmodifications and a change in the position of the stairs leading to thesecond floor. At the very top of the roof, enormous skylights were installed,providing ample natural light. The existing roof structure was replacedwith original historical materials due to the conservation area and tomaintain the character of the building.

Scope of work: Construction of a residential premises and transformation of part of the existing office which was adapted and attached to this premises

Thanks to this project, we build a new residential building that meets all the necessary requirements for comfortable living. The project includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open-plan kitchen with a living room, a TV and playroom, underfloor heating throughout the property, a cozy little garden located in the central part of the property, and a small patio at the rear of the building. The land for the construction of this property was used from part of an existing parking lot and the adaptation of an existing office building. This required the connection of new utilities, such as water, gas, and electricity. The new building was registered as Unit 59A

Scope of work: Single storey rear extension, alteration of Ground Floor and site return and rear landscaping works.

The work within this project involved extending the lower part of the house to obtain a larger and more practical space, which we also let in more light by installing huge roof windows and wide doors to the patio area. Thanks to these works, the client can enjoy a large open-plan kitchen and dining room, a living room and a large office with a bathroom.

Scope of work: Change of use of multiple occupancy back into a single family dwelling house to include Loft Conversion, structural alterations and associated external alterations.

The house's interior was completely demolished, including the roof. The entire structure was rebuilt, a new roof structure was constructed and adapted, the brickwork on the exterior walls was restored, and the house was fully finished. The renovated house features of 390m2 (4200 sq ft) of living space incl. 6 generous size bedrooms & 6 bathrooms (4 en-suite), 2 sophisticated reception rooms, 1 study & sauna room, bespoke handmade kitchen, Luxury fixtures & fittings throughout, underfloor heating throughout, and an expansive 90 ft mature landscaped garden.
