About us
D&P have over 17 years experience in the construction industry. As qualified carpenters working in both the commercial and private sectors of the industry. Directors Daniel levey and Peter Edwards have built up their experience and knowledge in site skills and project management to put together an enthusiastic and experienced construction company.
Over the years not only have Daniel and Peter built up their experience and knowledge of the construction industry but also put together a great team of respectful, reliable tradesman to help carry it their projects to the highest quality and efficiency
D&P are also very enthusiastic about passing down their experience to the future of the industry by enrolling keen apprentices to take on their skills and experiences and keep their respected reputation into the future.

We used D&P Construction to do our recent loft conversion into a large main bedroom, en-suite bathroom and minor changes to the layout on the first floor. We have a child with complex special needs and it was vitally important to us that we found a builder that would understand our needs as a family. From the very beginning Dan and Pete completely understood the importance of good communication with us, always telling us well in advance what would happen when so that our son was involved in rather than distressed by the process. They took extreme care to work around his needs - more so than we would have expected from any building company. Dan and Pete’s team were all fully committed to working on our project and worked long hours every day and always tidied up any mess before leaving for the day. They were also all friendly and professional at all times. Crucially, the conversion work has been done to an extremely high standard, every penny spent has been clearly accounted for, and we are delighted with our new space. " I recently had a two floor extension to my house, which involved enlarging the kitchen on the ground floor and enlarging the bathroom and adding another bedroom on the first floor. I wanted the extension to be in keeping with the rest of the cottage. Pete, one of the partners, listened carefully to what I wanted done right from the start and, as the project progressed. Consequently, I was very pleased with the end result. Both Pete and his team were very reliable, trustworthy and friendly and although the building work affected virtually the whole house, including kitchen and bathroom, they ensured that the areas were kept tidy and the work had as little impact as possible on our daily lives. We had Dan and the rest of D&P Construction SE Ltd knock our house into shape, with a great new attic bedroom (and roof), new stairs on 2 of the 3 floors, and a clean knock-through of the whole basement floor to make a large kitchen and living area. We had a reasonable quote, which they stuck to, and any extras were clearly explained to us before we agreed to go ahead - so no nasty surprises! The work was done quickly AND effectively, and any suggestions we made as things progressed were considered and respected. Dan and his team were always polite and personable, and the plumbers, electricians and plasterers he used were equally capable and always polite. We now have the house the way we always wanted, and thanks to one or two extra suggestions (eg; replacing the supporting spine-wall) even better than we had imagined. Having lived on site while the project was completed, I could see that the D&P team take pride in what they do. They clearly understand that the work, when done properly, will always reflect positively on the company.
