We stripped tired finishes, rebuilt the floor with insulation, installed water underfloor heating and manifold, then poured a self-levelling screed for a flat, warm substrate. Walls/ceiling were re-boarded where required, fully skimmed and painted. Electrics upgraded with extra sockets and dimmable LED lighting. New MDF skirting and premium engineered wood flooring laid over acoustic underlay with neat thresholds. The result is a bright, modern and energy-efficient lounge, delivered tidily and to building-regs standards.

Super happy with the turn out of my renovation. Communication was unrivalled. From start to finish I was kept updated with progress, I was super happy with the teams ability to adapt to ‘surprise’ issues that we came across throughout the renovation. I have used their services for a number of jobs now. These have included rebuilding a suspended timber floor and installing electric underfloor heating; stripping walls, making good and redecorating; a swift replacement of a broken electric shower, and building a set of bookcases. Mladen is quick to quote and quick to reply to messages. He and his team have always done a professional job rather than rushed things even if this means work can take longer than expected. I would always be happy to have them work on jobs around my home.
