The building in question was a block of privately owned flats in Llandudno, North Wales which is managed by the owners under the name of Llys Maelgwn Ltd. The owners were in residence as the work was being carried out. Every owner expressed how impressed they were with the quality of the work and also the way in which the site was made safe and clean throughout the period. The staff employed by Daas Construction were considerate and polite and extremely well organised and hard working. The attention to detail has transformed the building - giving it a new lease of life. Absolutely fantastic. - D.P
