The project began as a kitchen renovation and as the design process continued it developed into a single-storey extension, at that point we brought the architect and the engineer to the table. Our main objective was to offer a design suitable to the client and their budget.

This project was a 34 square metre single-story open-plan kitchen extension and living area with a utility room and downstairs toilet, this was to replace an existing long and narrow kitchen extension. Our main objective was to achieve a commercial and industrial look, and so we worked with our client through the design process to find the perfect design and finish that they were looking for in the extension as well as the internal renovation.
