The full renovation and refurbishment of a quintessential eyebrow cottage located in the heart of West Wittering. This project involved stripping back areas of the property to ensure sufficient insulation, and subsequent plaster boarding and plastering to make good the rooms for plastering. We installed new oak beams, restored original cupboard doors and laid bespoke hand-painted tiles.

It was important to the customer that the original features and traditional charm of the property was maintained throughout.

This extension gave the customer two extra rooms an office and extra lounge/quiet room. With the addition of an atrium along with a new stainless steel balcony this gave a completely new dimension to the upstairs living environment. This build also included a new front porch. Whilst the original building was constructed with imperial materials with careful choice of new and reclaimed materials the new addition gives the impression that it has aways been there. Read less
