We recently worked with Richard at Diamond Vale Projects on two major projects in our home — creating a new WC under the stairs and knocking through to form a kitchen-diner — and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
This required new plumbing, full demolition, electrics and installing a steam beam between rooms.
From start to finish, the communication was excellent and the whole process felt smooth and well-managed. The builder and his team were punctual, professional and genuinely lovely to have around the house. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing a high-quality job really shows in the finished spaces.
They maintained a positive working relationship throughout and always made sure we were kept informed and comfortable with the progress being made. We felt we were in great hands the entire time.

Richard and his Diamond Vale team worked on my mother's house in Luton on two separate occasions - the exterior in 2019 and a flood-damaged interior in 2022 - and on both times I was extremely happy with the work done and the value for money. Most of all I was impressed by Richard's can-do attitude and his ability to solve unforeseen problems - the sort of thing you only discover once the floor's fully taken up or the wall's come down or whatever - in the face of painful budget realities. I heartily recommend Diamond Vale to anyone in the area.
