The main objective of the project was to transform a stalled development in Lampeter, into a thriving community by completing the construction of high-quality, sustainable homes. Phase 1 of the multi-phase development focused on delivering 12 Lifetime Homes that exceeded Welsh Government Design and Quality Standards and achieved EPC A ratings, ensuring energy efficiency and long-term affordability for residents. Dragon Homes was responsible for the design process, working closely with local architects and engineers to ensure the homes met stringent standards while addressing community needs. The project not only delivered exceptional homes but also fostered local employment and skill development, employing a workforce entirely from Wales, with 96% from within 30 miles of the site.
