Waterfield House is an award-winning home in the picturesque village of Biddenden, Kent. Originally built as a bespoke new home, it was later enhanced through a detailed refurbishment focused on luxury interiors and technical upgrades.

DSB Premier Construction managed the refurbishment, coordinating specialist trades and aligning with the client’s creative vision and interior designer Kate Malone. The team oversaw structural adjustments, interior detailing, and performance upgrades to achieve both aesthetic and technical excellence.

Working closely with the design team, we delivered refined spaces including a two-storey atrium, open-plan kitchen with custom joinery and expansive views, and a vibrant library with bespoke cabinetry. Smart home systems and sustainable insulation were integrated to enhance comfort and efficiency.
