We demolised a timber structure to the exising bungalow and replaced it with a single storey extension to create a garden room with velux windows and french doors. We liaised closely with our design and structural engineer partners to produce a complex bespoke roofing solution to allow for a vaulted ceiling and a roof structure that fitted in seamlessly with the existing. We also carried out significant internal renovation work to include resiting of the ensuite bathroom, remodelling of master suite to create an additional dressing area, remodelling of annexe and replacement of existing bathroom. Martyn and his team built a ground floor extension for us, remodelled our bedroom with ensuite bathroom and landscaped our rear garden. His team were courteous, worked extremely hard and were extremely conscientious in producing a quality finish. The build was project managed seamlessly and communication was exceptional which helped us to retain flexibility on material choices and helped us to keep in full control of our budget. The end result is a high quality bespoke finish.
