Full Property Renovation – Shrivenham

Eden Facilities & Property Management LTD are currently undertaking a comprehensive renovation of a residential property in Shrivenham, transforming it into a modern, high-quality home.

The works include:

• Full internal strip-out and preparation

• Installation of new plumbing, heating, and electrical systems

• Structural alterations, including steelwork and wall reconfigurations

• New kitchen and bathroom installations

• Complete plastering, decorating, and finishing throughout

• External works and landscaping improvements

• Stripped off old tiles and put on a completely new roof.

We are now halfway through the project, with major structural and first-fix elements completed, and finishing phases well underway. Once complete, the client will have a fully modernised, ready-to-move-in home that retains the character of the original property.

Residential Project – Melksham

Eden Facilities & Property Management LTD were appointed to carry out a range of refurbishment and feature works to a private property in Melksham.

Our works included:

• Creating a feature hallway wall by carefully chasing out cement, repointing exposed brickwork, and applying a protective sealant.

• Installing and finishing plasterboard walls throughout the hallway and stairwell, preparing all areas for plastering.

• Making good to the upstairs and downstairs hallway walls, ensuring a clean, ready-to-plaster finish.

• Stripping old ensuite and installing a fresh new ensuite.

• We sourced some internal rising damp and sent our team in to fix the issue.

The project combined structural care with decorative detailing, delivering a high-quality, characterful finish while preparing the property for the next stage of renovation.

Whatley Manor Hotel Ongoing Works

Eden Facilities & Property Management LTD has been engaged at Whatley Manor Hotel, a prestigious five-star country house hotel in the Cotswolds, to deliver a range of refurbishment, maintenance, and upgrade works across the estate.

Our works have included:

• Back-of-house improvements to staff facilities and operational areas

• Structural repairs and dry wall works, maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of the historic building

• Ongoing maintenance support and responsive works across the property

Listed Property Works – Sherston

Eden Facilities & Property Management LTD carried out a specialist repair and improvement project at a listed property in Sherston.

The works included:

• Propping and carefully removing a rotten oak lintel above a ground floor window

• Installing a new oak lintel to match the original, in line with listed building regulations

• Making good the internal finishes around the window after structural works

• Installing Venetian fencing in the garden to complement the property’s outdoor space

Although a small project, it required precision and compliance with heritage requirements. At Eden, we’re proud to take on projects of all sizes, from specialist repairs to full property renovations.

Ceiling Repairs & Moisture Management – Wiltshire Leisure Village

Eden Facilities & Property Management LTD were instructed to carry out remedial ceiling works at a property in Wiltshire Leisure Village following water damage.

The project involved:

• Stripping out and removing damaged plasterboard ceiling

• Installing new plasterboard and completing a full plaster finish

• Moisture management, including 5-day dehumidifier hire to dry residual damp

• Waste removal and disposal of damaged materials

The works provided a full reinstatement of the ceiling, ensuring the property was left safe, dry, and ready for redecoration.

Full Property Renovation – Hucclecote

Eden Facilities & Property Management LTD were appointed to carry out a complete renovation of a rundown property in Hucclecote, purchased by the client for resale.

The works included:

• Full strip-out and refurbishment throughout the property

• Removal of a stud wall to create an open-plan kitchen diner

• Installation of a brand-new kitchen and bathrooms

• Fitting of new windows across the property

• A complete garden renovation to enhance kerb appeal

The property was transformed from a tired, outdated home into a modern and desirable residence. Following completion, the client successfully placed the property on the market and achieved a strong profit, expressing full satisfaction with the quality of works delivered.

Commercial Compliance Works

Eden Facilities & Property Management LTD were engaged by Black-and-White Management Ltd to carry out gas safety compliance works across multiple apartment blocks.

The project included:

• Core drilling and installation of compliant ventilation grilles (high and low-level) to improve gas safety

• Installation of access hatches in riser shafts and ceiling voids to allow for safe inspection and maintenance

• Separation of gas pipes and electrical cabling in line with regulations

• Sealing of pipe penetrations and application of firestopping to 30-minute standards

• Ensuring all works were completed in line with gas safety and building regulations

This was a multi-site commercial project, carried out with strict adherence to compliance requirements, ensuring the apartment blocks were brought up to the required safety standards.
