Tom and his team at Elements did an outstanding job with our build, coming in ahead of schedule and on budget. Tom bought in a great team of subcontractors, all of whom were highly professional and delivered fantastic work. Everyone was respectful of the building continuing to be our home while they worked, which was extremely important to us. As expected, we hit a few challenges during the build, but Tom was pragmatic and proactive in bringing us solutions to any problems that occurred. Tom and the team also made some brilliant suggestions throughout the project to help us get the most out of our extension. Thanks to Tom and the team at Elements, our home has been transformed. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Tom Skinner of Elements Build SW LTD was a real pleasure to have on site at our home in north Cornwall, where he constructed a client-designed outbuilding to house an artist's studio and workshop. His preparation, costing and suggestions for sourcing more environmentally responsible materials was professional and well informed.
