Lucas and the team have completed the second phase of the work (the extension + extension roof) to the highest standard. He has also advised me on multiple other aspects of the full house renovation outside of the great work Elite have done, always with the best intentions to support making sure the property is being properly done across every trade. With a couple of days of final additional work being finalised including full house insulation, levelling flooring - it's been a pleasure working with Elite LT and I would highly recommend them to any homeowner who wants a truly trusted team.

Lucas and all the team did a great job converting my garage to office/media room with bar area. My third job with Elite and again very happy with work and treatment from Lucas and his team. They provided ideas, they were flexible to changes and they were a pleasure to have around. Great work completing the bathroom fitting including plumbing and tiling. Also they built pine wood storage in the kitchen which we loved it. I highly recommend Elite LT for any works on the house.

Right from the quotation stage Lucas was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Lucas and his team completed the work to an exceptionally high standard, both starting and finishing the work to the agreed time schedule and within the original quote. There was never any mess left on site and areas surrounding the works were always protected from spills and splashes. I cannot recommend Elite LT highly enough and will not hesitate to use them again.

Lucas, Tatiana, and the team have a great reputation in the Sussex area for a reason - a very professional and reliable building company. They are conscientious to your living arrangements and dedicated to delivering a high quality of workmanship at all times, whilst always being polite and willing to offer solid advice / flexibility across all areas of the build process. My works included full internal remodelling on a 3 bed Semi detached house, with multiple steels / wall demolitions + Chimneys removal, with an extension to follow in December which I’m sure will be delivered to the same high standards you come to expect. Highly recommended if you want to feel genuine peace of mind with any renovations. I will use Elite for all future building works planned. - Keith

Lucas and team are absolutely incredible,they worked very hard! They have completed a full house refurbishment including kitchen fitting and limestone flooring, new bathroom,plumbing, plastering, rewiring,removed the wall and installed a steel beam. We are so delighted with the quality of workmanship,clean and tidy,attention to detail and fantastic customer service. Lucas made sure that we’re totally satisfied on completion. Should we require any work to be carried out in the future I would certainly use Elite LT.

Contacted Elite ltd in regards some internal refurbishment works after had worked with previously for external and structural work and again, they were quick to response, visit to discuss works and advise. Once agreed and set up start date, Lucas and team were always on time, very polite and nice to have around and they performed a great job in less time than expected. Lucas is flexible with reasonable changes and he is always ready to provide advise on best options. I will highly recommend Elite to friends and for future jobs.
