East Park is a school that provides education to children and young people with additional support needs.
We constructed two new purpose-built, independent residential units, together with a classroom block. Additionally, we reconfigured the car park and carried out landscaping work.
The project was carried out on time and within budget. We are pleased to say that our careful coordination minimised disruption to the ongoing operation of the school.

Fleming Buildings constructed the new Church of Scotland in Milton of Campsie on the site of, and incorporating, the existing church hall. A new auditorium, cafe and meeting rooms were also added.
We installed an air source heat pump to reduce the cost and carbon footprint of the building. The church scored triple A - the highest installation rating possible - in an independent assessment.

Hawkhead restoration project involved the refurbishment of four grade A and B listed buildings to create privately owned flats. The two-storey buildings required full and extensive restoration structurally, internally and externally to bring them back to their original state.
Flemings worked with the design team throughout the various stages of build and project aims and objectives were achieved by successful collaborative working.
