We removed two leeking velux and replaced with kornech lantern light (the best on the market) insulate plasterd and decorated, the project took 7 days to complete

conservatory warm roof

Tricky little conservatory roof to convert to a warm roof. We love job like this with little intricate details. We did all the warm roof new electrics inside and plaster. The job took 7 days to complete.

We raked out the old pointing, cleaned the area before repointing, and added chemicals to the sand ans cement mix ( sbr feb and frost resist ) to add longevity to the pointing. we also sealed the chimney with stome shield to protect the brick work for 25 years.

We removed old rotten deck of the flat roof wich was running the water the rong way (towards the roof not the gutters) we then replaced the roof with new osb after adding insulation to save on heating bulls, and angled the roof in the right direction. Then we torched on a base layer and a top coat of mineral felt, to make the deck water tight.
