We are very pleased with the work carried out by Gainsborough BC Ltd., Very professional at all times. The site was kept clean and tidy where possible and all work was carried out to a very high standard. We were certainly grateful for all the advice given by Richard along the way in building the property. We would definitely recommend Gainsborough BC and would not hesitate to use them again.
We have been delighted with the approach from initial discussions with company and architect, (where simpler more cost efficient design agreed that was adopted) through to completion.
There were no surprises on the cost side of things and minor changes agreed once project commenced, were not a problem and have been handled extremely professionally. We have been very pleased with all aspects of the build and “can-do” attitude from all trades on site and the project management . Likewise, we are also very pleased with the final finish and saves that when achieved, that have been passed onto us.
We have no hesitation in providing our unequivocal recommendation for this company and should the need arise we would definitely use them again.
