We’re delighted to share the before and after photos from our latest project at Kirby’s in Whitby — the sensitive restoration of this beautiful former Georgian hotel, now transformed into modern residential apartments on Whitby’s West Cliff.

We are pleased to have successfully handed over another project to one of our repeat clients, Travel Chapter.

The project in the sleepy costal town of Seahouses went without a hitch.

Thanks to all of our team at Gannon Developments Ltd of joiners, plasterers, plumber, labourers, bricklayer and decorator that pulled this project together from an empty shell to a finished office and warehouse space in less than four weeks.

Gannon Developments recently acted as Principal Contractors for the external refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Whitby, and their performance was exceptional from start to finish.
