Geo Sky is the real deal. We did a two-story rear extension including major remodeling of our house, 200,000-pound job. I had little experience at building and in hindsight was very exposed. So, lucky I found Geo Sky, they guided me through the build, went the extra mile, cared about what they were doing and the end result. All this and a lot of laughs on the way, Georgi, Gela, Michael, and the builders are good people easy to work with and they are very experienced in what they are responsible for in the company. Solid and profound foundation and structural works with stunning finishes of brickwork, roofing, guttering, painting, flooring, electrics, plumbing, bespoke carpentry, kitchen, and bathrooms. House looks amazing! Would recommend to anyone.

I met them back in December 2018, Michael, Giorgi Gela and the team are extraordinary. Michael and Georgi and a whole team of Geo Sky Construction Ltd were a pleasure to deal with. They recently carried out a complete refurbishment of my two bedroom flat. The works were extensive and including New kitchen, bathroom, new electrical. Also, including the new fuse box, plastering, painting, tiling, floorboards, etc. The works were done in a timely manner to high standards with attention to details and any additional minor works were seen as goodwill without any quibble. Throughout the entire process, I was kept updated via WhatsApp group chat of the progress and if the works were meeting my expectation. Their professional advice and input were essential in overcoming some delicate and awkward tasks. The property was left clean and tidy. I am too happy to recommend them and shall personally be using their services in the future.

I have recently undertaken a programme of improvement works on my ground floor flat including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, electrical, decorating and brickworks. During the programme, it became apparent that there had been a long-term dampness problem which necessitated additional structural works to the subfloor in three rooms. From day one GeoSky brought all the required skills to the job and worked hard to maintain a tight schedule, in spite of the additional works. The on-site team were excellent, trying hard to minimise the inevitable disruption. Back at base, Geo Sky team managed the overall programme and was always on-hand to discuss issues, pricing, materials and progress. A WhatsApp group was created so that problems could be resolved quickly and efficiently. The response and availability of the GeoSky team was exceptional, often exchanging messages late into the evening to ensure that unnecaaary delays were avoided. The end result is superb and I am delighted with the quality of the work. In summary, I would strongly recommend GeoSky for any construction/refurbishment works, both large and small. You will not be disappointed

It has been a real pleasure to work with the guys on site who have always listened to what we want and been flexible and careful to ensure our home is delivered to the standards and finish we really hoped for. As with all construction projects (particularly to old Victorian buildings) we have faced a number of challenges and unexpected issues, however, Geo Sky have always provided solutions and have worked to avoid delay or additional cost. They have been excellent throughout! I work as a Chartered Surveyor and obviously have completed a variety of projects with many different contractors across London, Michael and the team are up there with the best in terms of finished quality and efficiency and we feel very lucky to have found them for our home project. We plan to do more works in the coming years and will definitely be looking to GeoSky when tendering

Michael and his team did a really good job with our new kitchen. Where they stood out compared to other builders I have used is that they had specialist teams of people for each element of the project so each part was completed to a higher standard than I have experienced previously with builders that try to do everything themselves. We had bespoke shelving and cooker hood built that matched our specifications exactly and any snags were sorted out quickly with no hassle. We would happily use them again.

We engaged Geo Sky to complete a full refurbishment of our four-bed Victorian terrace in London. Geo Sky team worked with me and my partner over five months on an almost daily basis to run the project to plan. Their attention to detail is excellent, their professionalism is excellent and they have been always on hand to answer our questions, handle revisions on the design, all while staying focused on executing flawlessly against the plan. As part of the project we had two bathrooms and a kitchen fitted from scratch including structural modification to the flat, full rewire, new plumbing, painting decorating and etc. Geo Sky team consulted with us in detail on the customised storage we were building, helped us refine the original design, sourced great quality wooden surfaces at a great price, and crafted the wooden and tiled surfaces to a great standard. Works were successfully signed off by our Building Control officer. In sum, highly recommend the GeoSky team.

Geo Sky completely fitted out our commercial space with new electrics, including metal ceiling cable trays, lighting, plugs and a consumer unit. I'm very happy with the standard of work; everything was beautifully measured and placed, and once we'd agreed on the job they just got on with it. They were professional, had great communication, were always on time and worked extended hours to reach our incredibly tight deadline. I'd use Geo Sky again in an instant for any similar work.
