This was a nice little kitchen project which involved removing the flat roof and rebuilding a more modern insulated roof with a small aluminium lantern to introduce more light. We then removed a main load bearing wall to open up the kitchen space and cut out the rear of property to install a set of french doors.

This was a full renovation project to a period 4 bed semi detached property, removing many internal structural walls to open up the rear of the property to allow for a fully open plan kitchen/ living area. We also cut out all window and door openings to accommodate much larger aluminium windows and doors with new box sash windows to front elevation.
On this project we demolished a derelict part of the farmhouse then designed and built this stunning single story extension, knocking through into the main dwelling to create a beautiful, open plan kitchen area

Dan & Kev (and the wider team) were exceptional from start to finish. They completed a full downstairs renovation, knocking through walls to create a fantastic open-plan kitchen/dining/living space — and the luxury kitchen genuinely blows us (and everyone who sees it) away.
The work included replacing ~90m² of flooring, fitting 12 internal doors, creating a new utility, office and luxury shower/wet room, plus a new roof and all associated plumbing, electrics and building works. The workmanship is first class and the attention to detail really shows.
They were reliable, professional and easy to deal with throughout, with great communication before, during and after the job. They also kept everything clean and tidy, leaving the house spotless at the end of each day.
We’re absolutely delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan & Kev.

The job was completed on budget and on time in a very professional manner.
The guys were on the job on time every day working through some challenging weather to stay on track.
