In Epsom, we completed a full-house refresh and garage conversion as a design-and-build commission. Internally, we re-plastered, decorated, and installed new flooring with matching skirtings for a consistent finish, and we fully renewed the bathroom with a contemporary suite and fittings. The garage became a multi-purpose space: we created a dedicated utility room while retaining the original garage doors to conceal secure storage and preserve the street façade. A side passage maintains convenient garden access, delivering a more practical layout, better storage, and a higher-quality finish throughout.
