As members of The British Institute of Kitchen Bedroom & Bathroom Installation we are experts and bathroom and wet room installations in both older and modern properties.  We do all plumbing and tiling in-house as well as the bathroom installation itself.

This project was recently inspected by the BBA on behalf of The Federation of Master Builders, the pictures shown have been taken from their report.

The project consists of the refurbishment of a kitchen and utility room.

The work carried out in the utility room consists of redecoration and adjustment of existing units, new panelling and worktops.

The work carried out in the kitchen consists of the ceiling and walls being re-plastered and decorated with a tiled splashback, the floor has been screeded and new Karndean flooring has been laid throughout the kitchen and utility room. New plumbing and electrical works have been installed and a new fully fitted kitchen including appliances has been fitted. 

The latest two houses we have refurbished were both in Cambridge.  One was a 1970's building, was was completely stripped back following discovery of asbestos and we refurbished every room including walls, ceilings, doors, cupboards, bathroom and kitchen as well as removing walls and building cupboards.  We also carried out the decoration ourselves to complete the job.

The second was a late 1800's house that was in a timewarp state and completely neglected and required a complete refurbishment.  The company completed all repairs to walls, ceilings and floors, created cupboards, repaired staircases and redesigned the plumbing for the house.  A new bathroom was created from a small bedroom and a new kitchen installed and also creating a utility room from the existing kitchen units.  The owner lived in London and entrusted us to complete the job which was delivered to his satisfaction.  The house was subsequently put on the market and very quickly found a new owner.
