The objectives were: remodel the uninspiring design of a late 80s bungalow into an eye catching modern-looking property; and transform the property’s environmental credentials with modern insulation and eco-friendly heating and power whilst retaining the existing structure to avoid waste and limit the CO2 impact of construction. Sustainability in the renovation was at the forefront of the design. The design was created by Carters Building Consultants and Architects.
