We first met with these customers back in 2019 before COVID, finding us on facebook 

We took on major renovation works over 3 phases these included; moving current stair position, steelworks, demolition of floors and walls, complete rewire and heating system, external cladding, new roof, insulation and much more 

This job took us around 7 months to complete 

After a year or so we had a call back from the client to ask us to take on phase 2 which was an Annex which their parents now live in 

2023, we completed phase 3 which was the opposing side extension which would create 2 further bedrooms and an extra living space, complete with a media wall 

2025 they plan on starting some external works which will consist of a new driveway, brick walls and fencing 

A new build we completed in July 2022

Works consisted of; New pump station for foul drainage, Foundations, Roof trusses, Roof tiling and roof windows, UPVC doors and windows, Black ash cladding, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works, Block work, Plaster boarding and plastering, Plumbing and Electrics 

Access on this job was near on impossible, not being able to get any plant or materials direct to site we had to improvise

Using a nearby car park and permitting 4 spaces we hoarded materials there and carried them onto site via track barrows 

We still managed to complete the works in a timely manner and to the great satisfaction of the customer 

The building works consisted of; Foundations, block work, Aluminium doors and windows, GRP flat roof, Relocating an oil boiler and oil tank, Plumbing and Electrics, Plaster boarding and Plastering, Steel works, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works, Fitting of a kitchen and bathroom, Tiling floors throughout
