Small rear extension but mainly renovating 1970s house and modernising. It do involve extensive structural work. Roof off new one on with vaulted ceiling. Underfloor heating throughout. Lots of glazing. Natural stone floor new high end kitchen. Also silicone render to the outside.
Evan and his crew were employed to assist with the build of our extension and offered a first class service from the outset. They provided positive solutions as opposed to problems and remained and remained committed to the build to ensure deadlines were met. They take a lot of pride in what they create and the workmanship was excellent. Evan himself was very accessible and a good communicator in all aspects from conception to completion.
